Your rights regarding your personal data are as follows:

1. To learn whether personal data are processed or not,
2. If personal data have been processed, to request information regarding this,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
7. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
8. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by means of analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. To demand compensation for damages in case of suffering loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
